Hi, I’m Jackie. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over three decades of experience in the mental health field, beginning in 1987. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working internationally—building meaningful partnerships, coaching leaders, providing clinical expertise, teaching, and facilitating transformative workshops.

My areas of specialization include mental health, trauma, and adoption. I also offer psychoeducation on clinical needs and provide coaching and mentoring for parents and adults navigating complex familial relationships. My approach is engaging, down-to-earth, and rooted in authenticity, humor, and a deep commitment to empowering others.

Supporting individuals in their journey toward healing and personal growth is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I find great fulfillment in helping people discover their strengths and realize their full potential.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with my husband, our adult children and their spouses, our ever-growing group of beloved grandchildren, and our cherished fur family. Relationships are at the heart of who I am, both in and outside the therapy room.

Hi, I’m Paul. I’m a seasoned psychotherapist and have been helping individuals overcome addiction and out-of-control behaviours since 2003. In 2014, I became a Certified Sex Recovery Therapist through the American Association of Sex Addiction Therapists, which has given me the tools and expertise to support men struggling with sexual addiction and other destructive habits.

With a compassionate yet focused approach, I work closely with men navigating the consequences of affairs, guiding them through the personal healing that needs to happen before they can move forward with marriage therapy. I believe that meaningful recovery starts with deep individual work, especially when trust in a relationship has been broken.

I also support men dealing with sexual performance anxiety and those grappling with same-sex attraction, always making sure to create a safe, non-judgmental space. My therapeutic style focuses on the connection between childhood trauma, abuse, shame, and adult addiction—helping clients uncover the root causes so they can create real, lasting change.

Known for my quiet persistence and genuine encouragement, I’m committed to walking alongside my clients as they move toward healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of purpose.
